This service is for anyone 18 or older looking to put their affairs in order. An advance directive tells your doctors the type of care you are requesting and most comfortable with. It’s the best way to advocate for yourself. It allows you to pick someone to speak on your behalf for medical wishes as well. Having this in place can save you and your family from dealing with guilt, doubt, confusion and much more. Such a hidden blessing!
An advanced directive consist of both a Health Care Proxy and Living Will.
Give the gift of peace of mind to yourself and your loved ones by completing your advance planning.
I will assist you in the process which can include advance directive paperwork (living will), organizing important information and documents, end-of-life care preference ect.

This can be done Virtually or In Person (extra cost)

* Must provide room & board via in home, Airbnb or hotel for those outside of the state North Carolina and traveling costs ie. transportation, Extra cost will be discussed!
