My name is Kara and I am a full spectrum doula, placenta specialist, yoni steam therapy practitioner, medicine woman, energy worker, medium and more who assists with fertility, birth, postpartum, abortion, loss + bereavement, surrogacy, end of life care (babies to seniors) and general womb care for girls to women of all walks of life! I have been helping women and families through my doula services since 2021. This is something that runs in my family with the maternal mother figures of my line that supports their community from maintaining birth houses, making medicines, working in the medical field, using ancestral African/Indigenous/Caribbean practices and so much more. I’ve become passionate about doula care, womb healing in all forms, reproductive health, advocacy in medical spaces, support in deep grief and more since I was 14 yr old through my own harsh lessons, losses, elevation and experiences as a young woman.
I support girls, women and families through every stage of their reproductive in life, journeys from fertility, birth, and postpartum to abortion, loss, surrogacy bereavement, end of life care and everything in between. Through healing sessions, holistic products, education, and compassionate doula care, I am committed to helping my community and those around the world to prioritize rest, grace, reproductive wellness, education, embodied healing, and different forms of support through many transitions. My goal is to help every client feel seen, supported, informed and empowered to advocate for themselves while honoring the womb as an integral part of their overall physical, emotional mental and spiritual wellness. I walk alongside clients through the many seasons of life—from fertility and welcome in new life to loss, bereavement, grief, major transitions—and seek to provide gentle space and support through each.
