As your birth doula, I will help you to navigate your pregnancy + labor journey by supporting holistically, providing information, emotionally, spiritually, physically for birthing person & baby. Birth is a journey for both parents involved and I am here to uplift. My goal is to empower you in this birthing experience to connect deeply with your womb and have the best advocacy. Each month is very precious.
It is important that we establish a nonjudgmental space and build a trusting relationship so that I am better able to support you.
