This is for those in need of virtual/in person pregnancy + labor assistance from 6-42 weeks and includes :

• 6 Obgyn visits & 4, 4 Hr Prenatal House Calls (preferably if you are living out of state but not necessary. You can choose virtual option)

• Bi Weekly Video Meeting

• (4) Reiki Session or Sound Bath Meditation

• Active Labor/Birth Support

• 24/7 Call & Text Support

• Meal Planning (if needed)

• 3 postpartum meals/desserts

• Running Errands (cost is extra)

• Labor Exercises

• Birth Medicines: (3) custom tea blend, (3) baby balm, (3) vaginal healing steams and 3) sitz baths

• 72 Hours immediate postpartum support

• Home Visit within 20 days of Birth

• Coping + Comfort support

• Support of Partner & Birthing Person

* Must provide room & board via in home, Airbnb or hotel for those outside of the state North Carolina and traveling costs ie. transportation, Extra cost will be discussed!
